Note: To qualify for the discounted prices when ordering, please include a memo on Academic institution letterhead stating the program package(s) purchased, instructor(s) name, and the course(s) in which the programs will be used in. Fax or mail completed forms in to CDS along with the Academic Package Order Form and Academic Package License Agreement.
